Full race details:
A ten and five kilometer trail run in a picturesque park, entirely on forest trails and bicycle paths, except for one hill at the start and finish. Plus, our infamous post-race food consisting of hearty home-made soups and baked goods plus other goodies always draw rave reviews. $1 of every online registration will be donated to the West Island Mission and we will also be collecting non-perishable goods on race day.
For the 10k, gather your teammates and compete again other teams. Team members' times are adjusted according to each runner's age and gender, and the four fastest times are then used to determine the team cumulative result. Therefore, the youngest and fastest will not necessarily win once age and gender are factored in. Simply add a team name when registering for the 10 km. Do not worry, you will still get your individual 10 km result.
